Reece operates Australia’s largest plumbing and bathroom supplies business with over 6,000 team members across 700 locations.

As part of their reconciliation journey, we’re working with Reece to develop and deliver a range of First Nations cultural awareness initiatives that will make Reece one of the most culturally safe and educated organisations in Australia.

What we delivered

  • Company-wide consulting on all RAP and related reconciliation policies and programs.
  • A cultural awareness guidelines handbook.
  • A custom developed and designed cultural awareness online learning program.
  • A range of educational videos including our founders Glen and Gary Ella with Reece team members.
  • Executive leadership team cultural awareness training including on-country experiences.
  • Reconciliation Week and NAIDOC Week events.
  • The establishment of a First Nations scholarship program.
  • The establishment and facilitation of a bi-monthly yarning circle for First Nations team members.
