GRDC is the Australian Government body that invests in RD&E to create enduring profitability for Australian grain growers.
We worked with GRDC to develop their first Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan from consulting on their vision, to their key deliverables and initiatives to achieve them.
We also created an artwork that tells the story of their purpose and vision for reconciliation, focusing on caring for country.
As part of their RAP journey, we ran a series of cultural awareness workshops and on-country experiences for team members in Adelaide, Perth, Toowoomba and Canberra.
