GRDC is the Australian Government body that invests in RD&E to create enduring profitability for Australian grain growers.
We worked with GRDC to develop their first Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan from consulting on their vision, to their key deliverables and initiatives to achieve them.
We also created an artwork that tells the story of their purpose and vision for reconciliation, focusing on caring for country.
We continued consulting on initiatives and policies to assist in achieving their Reflect RAP deliverables and assisted in the development of their Innovate RAP.
As part of their RAP journey, we ran a series of cultural awareness workshops and on-country experiences for team members in Adelaide, Perth, Toowoomba and Canberra in 2023 and 2026.
